I haven’t made a post here in forever,
so here’s one for those who haven’t been able to keep up on my music. Since Circuithead I’ve released two new albums and I’m sure that if you’ve enjoyed my earlier works, these might have the pepper to get your heads bobbin’.
Gas Powered EP
Inspired by the TV show “Adventure Time” and the web cartoon “Bravest Warriors” created by Pendleton Ward on Cartoon Hangover, Kubbi and Jonas Dam decided that it was time for another collaboration. Sharing much of the same musical interests and passion for producing while also being roommates, this collaboration was inevitable. This 4 Track EP of original music is a dedication to everyone at Cartoon Hangover, Pendleton Ward and all other fans of their work.
2012 Singles
Throughout 2012 Kubbi released 3 full length albums, Transmittance, Sleet and Circuithead. Some might think this already is more than enough, but heck no. Next to the album releases he produced several independent singles, released on his Soundcloud. This album is a collection of these tracks, remixed and mastered in HD quality. It shows the more childish, unceremonious and playful side of Kubbi that to some point is left behind in the process of writing an album.

I’m so obsessed with Kubbi’s music I can’t even handle it. Go get everything he/she’s ever made RIGHT NOW.
Here’s what I got for this one:
GOD I FUCKING LOVE THIS FUCKING SONG UNGGHGHHHHHHHHH
It begins with a green wisp of thin smoke on a black background. Some blue smoke appears and dances with the green. Dark pink shimmers around and there’s a podium that rises up.
A blue fire glows above the podium and strands of blue fire light up the world around radially away from the podium.
The stone ground glows a light blue. It’s like lighting a path of kerosene on fire. The fire rises and becomes yellow at the tips and snakes up high above everything making a canopy of flames.
It’s gorgeous.
There is a large circle in the dark ceiling through which you can see a few stars.
The smoke and fire spin up and out of the chamber and soar across the sky and light clouds on fire. This fire is red.
Some of them glow from the inside like embers and others actually catch on fire. Their tendrils connect the clouds together and as the clouds come together they hail polished gemstones and marbles upon the plains below.
There are sheep and evergreen trees up on a rolling hill. The moon is orange and there’s smoke and fire drawing patterns in the sky.
The blue fire continues its path along the ground and slowly the clouds begin to drop lower to the ground. upon touching the ground they turn into water and extinguish the fire everywhere except for the first flame in the chamber.
SO FUCKING BEAUTIFUL I CAN’T STOP SWEARING.

Circuithead drops in about 2 weeks, and it’s time to tease you guys with another single. First track I’ve done with vocals… ever. I’d like to thank Live-Andrea Gjessen Rasch for helping me out with the idea and contributing to this track with one of the most beautiful voices I’ve ever heard.
